Sky Garden 88 occupies the complete upper level of a discreet residential tower in Minato. Arrival is through a private lift into a basalt gallery, where the city is initially withheld. The residence was completed by specialist Japanese workshops. Hand-finished oak, woven metal, pale plaster and carved basalt give precision without ostentation.
